The Special Edition dresses the W800 in black, with gold-anodised wheel rims, matt black exhausts and black engine parts, and uses metal rather than plastic wherever possible. It keeps the standard 773 cc fuel-injected parallel twin, a large 19-inch front wheel and a long, comfortable seat. It was presented as a homage to the original 1966 W1.
